***** Job Purpose:
- Ensure the efficient running of the Reception while promoting the company's image.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in an efficient and caring manner to promote good customer relations.
- Answer incoming telephone calls.
- Administer individual Work Provider requirements, including Management Systems, Work Provider Portals, Internal Reporting & Customer Requirements.
- Ensure customers are fully aware of any financial liabilities they are responsible for before repairs commence.
- Control the Courtesy Car Fleet.
- Manage the Driver Team, including transport logistics and ensuring consistent adherence to vehicle check-in systems for Customer & Courtesy Cars.
- Accurately record new bookings and maintain the booking record.
- Conduct vehicle checks on Customer and Courtesy Vehicles upon arrival for repair and upon completion.
- Assist in customer communication throughout the repair cycle, including updates on repair progress, parts delays, and technical delays.
- Inform customers when repairs are completed, making arrangements for collection or delivery, including all relevant administration.
- Present invoices for payment by customers and ensure all payments are made in accordance with the company's financial policies regarding credit, discounts, cheques, and credit cards.
- Take payments from customers.
