**About the Role:**

We're offering a weekly paid salary, complete with an uncapped bonus. With a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, and plentiful overtime opportunities, your potential here is limitless.
**Job Purpose:**
- Carry out Body Work Repairs / Replacement Panels to motor vehicles either completely or partially to the highest standards in a safe, economical manner, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way.
- Adhering to work instructions meticulously to guarantee the vehicle's safe repair.
- Safeguarding all vehicles from damage and ensuring no parts are stored in the vehicle cabin.
- Using all tools, equipment, and materials safely, economically, and properly.
- Holding responsibility for Health and Safety in the Treatment Area while wearing appropriate protective clothing.
- Keeping the work area pristine to uphold our esteemed company image.
- Using only products within their 'use by' date.
- Swiftly addressing and resolving any quality issues.
- Demonstrating competence in assigned tasks, with a skilled understanding and usage of all workshop equipment and apparatus.
- Finishing vehicle repairs to the highest standards using all available resources.
- Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations at all times.
- Maintaining unparalleled workmanship standards.
- Using appropriate parts and materials for every job.
- Undertaking any task that ensures the workshop’s efficiency and safety, as directed by the manager.
